Refund policy

 

All sales are considered final.

Each piece is created, printed, or prepared with care, and due to the nature of artwork and limited inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer’s preference.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging must be retained
- Proof of damage must be provided
Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
